James Hanerhoff, BC-HIS, ACA Hearing Aid Specialist

James Hanerhoff is board certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Studies. He is a member of the International Hearing Society and serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Hearing Society. He is a graduate of the American Academy of Audioprosthology. He is licensed by the state of Illinois and Iowa as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. He specializes in the fitting of custom digital hearing aids as well as custom hearing protection and musician monitors.

Brenda Hanerhoff, Practice Administrator and Marketing Director

As Practice Administrator, Brenda plans and implements all marketing efforts for the practice. She also handles human resources, public relations, and specific business administration projects. Brenda retired as Executive Vice President from E. W. McDaniels Marketing Communications after 25 years of service. She remains a stockholder and is the Vice President of the Board of Directors. She holds a bachelor's degree from Rockford College, and is certified in secondary education in the state of Illinois.

Siegfried Von Hanerhoff, Goodwill Ambassador

Siegfried is an AKC Registered miniature long haired daucshund, and he is also our goodwill ambassador. Siegfried is here to meet and greet patients as they come in and can't wait to ensure that your experience here at Audibel Hi-Tech Hearing Care is an excellent one. Siegfried was born on November 11, 2010 and is a graduate of K9 University in Moline, IL.

Jeannie Haynes, Professional Practice Ambassador

Jeannie is one of our professional practice ambassadors, Jeannie is here to greet patient when they come in, schedule appointments, and help patients in any way she can. Jeannie also handles all of our insurance eligibility inquiries, and billing. Jeannie has over ten years of experience in the healthcare field and is an asset to our company. In her off time Jeannie likes to curl up with her two golden retrievers and watch a good movie.
